New regulations for registration of company in Russia

Since October 1, 2018 applicants shall not pay the second time the state fees in case of mistakes in registration documents submitted for the state registration. The applicant is entitled within 3 months from the date of refusal in the state registration to re-submit the corrected documents without additional charge.
Changes happened also with respect to information on state registration.
From October 1, 2018 there arose a new possibility to trace the documents processing through state tax authority Internet site.  This gives an applicant the opportunity to send to tax authority objections against its comments before entering the data into the state register.
